一年一度中秋烤肉節又到了,今年我們提早烤肉,原因也是因為中秋連假,大家都有自己規劃的事,所以就提前舉行嘍~由於每年烤的東西都差不多,因此,今年準備一些特別的食材來烤,圖中左下角的肉串,是用里肌肉以及培根捲上切好的蔥段,再加上四季豆,就成了一道蔥段肉串,好吃喔~

右下角是燒酒蝦,啤酒喝完後,將空的啤酒罐剪成一半,加上一些1/3滿的啤酒,丟個2隻蝦子進去煮,等熟了就是燒酒蝦,吃起來有一點點酒的味道,也是粉讚的~

米酒+蔥+胡椒鹽+蝦=米酒蝦,全包在錫箔紙裡頭,拿去烤就完成了,很簡單又好吃又有味道~

看起來好好吃的醉蝦,尤其是啤酒蝦....
好特別的烤肉方式,今年中秋,想依樣畫葫蘆,試試看!
不過鋁罐直接加熱,不知會不會釋出鋁?偶而為之應該沒關係吧!

可以試試喔..真的還不賴說..
